Registering the warranty on your new fireplace allows Stellar Hearth Products' Customer Service to quickly view which fireplace you own, when and where it was purchased, and other important information to provide warranty service to you as effeciently as possible. We will keep your information in a private data base for our internal use only. Stellar Hearth Products does not, and will not provide your information to any other party.
You can find the fireplace identification on the UL Registration Plate underneath in the valve area of your fireplace on a metal tag that lists Fireplace Model Number and Manufacturers Date Code (month/year), both which you will need to complete the form.
